I just spent about a half hour writing a post about the woes underlining a crappy 2 weeks in an express 3credit class...and the god damned Internet Explorer errored out as I was previewing it...it's been a frustrating two weeks.

That's a shame. I was looking forward to reading about your class. Still, there is a lesson to be learned from this... you should be using FIREFOX! :-P
OK, here's the short version:
The class, in total, was very stressful as there was 12 weeks of information piled into 9 days of intense classes. By the beginning of the second week, people were very much on edge. The teacher realized that a project that we were doing was not going to fit into our last day and that she would either need us to stay after on the last day for about an hour or she'd need a few people to do theirs a day early. Because all work had to be turned in before the beggining of the presentation, she said that she'd give those willing to go a day early the last day off as a thank you.
Now there was a group of egotistical, egocentric, self -centered irritating whiny bitches that couldn't except either. They were deffinately unwilling to stay late, unwilling to go early, but wanted the same extras as those willing to go early...they wanted to not have to show up the day before or be able to leave after their presentation on the last day...
This was all complete bullshit. The teacher decided on doing the second...have a few people do it the day before...the made the bitch-squad, led by the bitch-queens to go into a complete frenzy...
Without going into too many details on this fight, it can basically be summed up by this; those involved, class wise, were not being respectful to the professor. The professor, in turn, was trying to calmly end the arguement, when she should have put her foot down right away. I was tired as hell that day, and didn't get involved, but, on any other day, could have put everyone in their place and got on with class...basically, the damned fight just needed an intermediary and nobody was able and/or willing to step in.
It's over...and I passed...I hope that it doesn't ruin my 4.0 streak, but if it does, too freakin bad...it was too painful to go back and argue the grade...I'm just going to put this one behind me.
(and yes, this is much shorter than the other one...I was pissed at the time)
